Returns
I warranty my sprinklers for one year from defects in the workmanship. Prior to shipment, your sprinkler is balanced to spin properly if given adequate water pressure, with 50 lbs+ PSI (pressure per square inch) needed at the sprinkler end of the hose for optimal performance. If your sprinkler doesn’t spin consistently, it is likely due to low water pressure. There are some things that can be done if you have borderline water pressure. Please refer to the printed guides enclosed with your sprinkler or to the link on The Sprinklers page.

While the glass I select for use in the sprinklers is durable, the warranty does not cover glass breakage (other than during shipment to you). However, if your glass breaks, the glass can be replaced. As the glass I use in my sprinklers is made by artists who may change their inventory, your particular glass color may or may not be available. I can help you select another color you will be happy with. Replacement cost will vary. Please contact me for a quote should this occur.
